1. Promotion, protection and expansion of professional rights and concern of the members making them honest, moral, efficient and skillful in their field of Eye health service and maintaining high professionalism and quality service of Eye and Retinal disease treatment.
१) सदस्यहरुलाई आफनो क्षेत्रको स्वास्थ्य सेवा प्रवाहमा ईमान्दार, नैतिकवान, कुशल, दक्ष वनाई आँखाको रेटिनाको स्वास्थ्य उपचारको गुणस्तरीय कायम गरी सदस्यहरुको छवी उच्च राख्दै सदस्यहरुको पेशागत हक हित संरक्षण, विस्तार र प्रवद्र्धन गर्ने ।
2. To make continuous effort to guarantee professional safety and security making professional liberty more strong and to achieve and apply new alternatives for the professional development of the members, conducting research, diagnosis in over all area of the retinal health treatment.
२) सदस्यहरुको पेशागत स्वतन्त्रतालाई अक्षुण राख्दै पेशागत सुरक्षाको ग्यारेण्टी गर्न प्रयत्नरत रहने र रेटिना स्वास्थ्य उपचारको हरेक पहलु एवं क्षेत्रको खोज, अनुसन्धान गरी सदस्यहरुको वृति विकासका नयाँ नयाँ विकल्पहरु प्राप्त गर्ने, अवलम्वन गर्ने ।
3. To enhance skill and efficiency of members to conduct, operate and manage workshop, seminar, scientific discussion, training in local, national and international level.
३) सदस्यहरुको दक्षता एवं सिप अभिवृद्धिकालागि स्थानिय, क्षेत्रिय, राष्ट्रीय, अन्तराष्ट्रीय स्तरका विषयगत कार्यशाला गोष्ठी, सेमिनार, वैज्ञानिक वार्ता, छलफल, तालिमको आयोजना, संचालन, व्यवस्थापन गर्ने ।
4. To make, develop, publish and broadcast informative or skill oriented various articles, documentaries video books, magazines, scientific journals etc. relating to Vitreo Retinal disease treatment.
४) आँखाको रेटिना स्वास्थ्य उपचार र सुरक्षा सम्वन्धी विभिन्न लेख, रचना, डकुमेन्ट्री, भिडियो, पुस्तक, पत्रिका, वैज्ञानिक जर्नल आदि सुचना एवं सिप मुलक सामग्रीको निर्माण, विकास, प्रकाशन, प्रसारण गर्ने गराउने ।
5. Making in mind that no body should go blind due to ignorance of eye safety. Organization will work on the field of eye protection, conducting and managing free eye treatment and consultation camp in different part of the country.
५) आँखा संरक्षण सम्वन्धी अज्ञानताका कारण कुनै पनि मानव दृष्टी विहीन हुन नपरोस भन्ने पुनित उद्देश्यले देशका विभिन्न स्थानमा निशुल्क आँखा स्वास्थ्य उपचार तथा परामर्श शिविर संचालन, व्यवस्थापन गरी मानव आँखा संरक्षणको कार्य गर्ने ।
6. To conduct research and investigation in the field of eye science specially on Vitreo Retinal problems and to assist and promote higher education, research oriented works and training on the newer updates of eye health and retinal diseases in the society.
६) नेत्र विज्ञान तथा खासगरी आँखाको रेटिना स्वास्थ्य उपचार सम्वन्धमा अन्वेशण, अनुसन्धान गर्ने, समाजमा देखिएका नयाँ नयाँ आँखा रोगको निदानकालागि नयाँ उपायहरु पत्ता लगाउने एवं यस विषयमा उच्च शिक्षा, शोधकार्य तथा तालिमकोलागि प्रोत्साहन दिने, सहयोग गर्ने ।
7. To protect doctor’s or professional’s rights or concerns working in this field, organization may make required affiliation, coordination, conduct joint works, mutual assistance, friendship visit with and among the active organizations with same objectives working on retinal or eye disease treatment at national or international level.
७) समान उद्देश्य भएका एवं आँखाको रेटिना स्वास्थ्य उपचार सेवा तथा आँखा स्वास्थ्य सम्वन्धी चिकित्सक एवं पेशाकर्मीको हक हित संरक्षणकालागि राष्ट्रीय अन्तराष्ट्रीय जगतमा क्रियाशिल संघ, संस्था, निकायसँग आवश्यकता अनुसार सम्वन्धन प्राप्त गर्ने, समन्वय, सहकार्य, साझेदारी गर्ने, सहयोग आदान प्रदान गर्ने, अन्तराष्ट्रीय स्तरमा मैत्रि भ्रमण गर्ने, गराउने ।
